A practical workflow

  1. 1. Prepare JPG or PNG images

Use screenshots, photos or scans. Image to PDF accepts up to 100 images with a 10 MB limit per image. For large batches, compress oversized photos first while keeping text readable.

  2. 2. Review the page order

Preview the images and drag cards into order. Remove duplicate or unwanted pages before creating the file. Each image is centered on its own A4 portrait page.

  3. 3. Download and check the document

Create the PDF and open the download to review page order and legibility. The converter fits images proportionally; it does not recognize text or create editable paragraphs.

Does Image to PDF make a searchable PDF?

No. It places your images on PDF pages without OCR. Text inside a screenshot remains part of the image. Keep source documents if you need editable or searchable text.
